MAG provides independent business exit insights, including:

Our service is designed to assist business owners in understanding the value of their company, selecting the best M&A advisors and time to exit by providing data-driven reports based on various factors, including market data, comparable transactions and expert judgement.

We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Our insights are informational only and do not constitute financial or professional recommendations.

User Eligibility and Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old to use MAG.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when signing up.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.

To access our services, users must create an account and provide information such as:

• Email address

• Business name, website, and industry

• Revenue information

• Transaction preferences (e.g., price, expertise, service)

You agree that all information provided by you is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. It is your responsibility to update this information as necessary.

Payment Terms

Access to MAG is subject to a recurring annual fee, which provides 12 months of access to the platform. This payment will be auto-renewed every 12 months unless auto-renewal is turned off in your account settings. You can cancel auto-renew at any time through your account or by emailing help@mandaguide.co.uk.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided unless required by law.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing period.

Licence Grant

Upon subscribing to MAG, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access the reports, recommendations, and data provided by MAG. This license is solely for personal use in understanding your business value and market conditions, and evaluating M&A advisors for your business needs.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by MAG, including reports, scores, recommendations, and data, is the intellectual property of My Little Eden Limited. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use this content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any content provided by MAG without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

MAG uses third-party payment processors (incl. Stripe) to handle transactions. All payments are processed securely, and we do not store any payment details. 

Users may contact M&A advisors through the MAG platform; however, any agreements or communications with these advisors are strictly between the user and the advisor. MAG is not responsible for the actions or performance of any third-party advisor.

• MAG may provide links to third-party M&A advisors and services.

• We are not responsible for services provided by third parties.

• Users engage with advisors at their own risk and should conduct their own due diligence

• MAG integrates with and provides insights on third-party services (e.g., M&A advisors, data providers, payment processors), but:

• We do not endorse or guarantee the services of any third-party.

• We are not responsible for any agreements, contracts, or transactions users enter into with third parties.

• Users engage third-party advisors at their own risk.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the MAG platform for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Use the platform to harm or harass others

• Misuse or share proprietary information

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Engage in fraudulent activity

By using MAG, you agree not to:

• Use our insights for unauthorised commercial purposes.

• Share, resell, or distribute confidential reports or data obtained through MAG.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our rating methodologies.

• Provide false or misleading information to manipulate results.

Any breach of these terms may result in the termination of your account and access to the services without prior notice.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if we suspect misuse.

User Responsibility for Decision-Making

Fraud Prevention & Account Misuse

To protect against fraudulent activity, MAG reserves the right to:

• Request additional verification for suspicious accounts.

• Suspend accounts engaged in unauthorised data extraction.

• Report fraudulent activity to law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the content provided by MAG, including reports, ratings, and data, remain the exclusive property of My Little Eden Limited. You may not claim ownership of any such intellectual property, nor use it beyond the scope of this agreement.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access reports for personal use only.

You may not copy, share, modify, or resell any part of MAG’s platform or data without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our reports and recommendations, MAG does not guarantee any specific outcome from using the services, including business transactions or M&A deals. We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the MAG platform or reliance on its content.

In no event will MAG, its owners, directors, or employees be liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. 

Our total liability in connection with the services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

No Advisor or Third-Party Endorsement

MAG operates independently and does not endorse or promote specific M&A advisors.

Advisors listed on our platform have not paid for placement and are rated based on performance criteria.

Engaging with any advisor is at the user’s discretion and risk.

MAG is committed to high-quality insights, but:

• Business valuations may fluctuate due to market changes, new financials, or external factors.

User Generated Inputs

Service Availability & Platform Downtime

You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us in writing or deactivating your account through the platform. Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the date of termination.

Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)

MAG is not liable for failure to provide services due to:

• Natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

• Cyberattacks, system failures, or internet disruptions.

If such events occur, MAG will take reasonable steps to restore services as soon as possible.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law
